HOW TO WEAR CONTACT LENSES
Step 1:
Wash your hands with soap & water & dry them properly.
Step 2:
Place a lens on your index finger.
Step 3:
Pull down your lower lid with the same hand and the upper lid with the other.
Step 4:
Look directly at the lens and place it on the cornea. Release the lower lid first and then the upper lid.
HOW TO REMOVE CONTACT LENSES
Step 1:
Wash your hands with soap & water & dry them properly.
Step 2:
Look up and pull the lower lid down.
Step 3:
Place your index finger on the lens and slide it down.
Step 4:
Squeeze the lens lightly between your fingers and remove gently.
